Terms

Last updated: November 2026

These terms apply when you book a reading with Conduit Astrology, run by Katya Poznyak, a sole trader based in London (katya@conduitastrology.co.uk). Booking a reading means you accept them.

What a reading is, and isn't

Readings are for reflection and self-understanding. They use astrology as a symbolic language, combined with psychological insight.

Readings are for adults aged 18 and over.

Booking and payment

Your written summary or report

Your written summary, or for a Timing & the year ahead reading your detailed report, is sent by email within 7 days of the session. It's for your personal use.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Because I prepare your chart in advance, I need notice to rearrange.

Your legal right to cancel

When you book at a distance (online or by email), the law gives you 14 days to cancel. If you'd like your reading within those 14 days, I'll ask you to confirm that you want me to start preparing straight away. If you then cancel within the 14 days, I may keep a fair amount for the work already done. Once the reading has taken place, the right to cancel ends.

Online sessions

Online readings take place on Zoom. Please find a quiet, private space with a reliable connection. Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree beforehand. If a connection problem on my side cuts a session short, I'll make up the time.

Confidentiality

What you share with me stays confidential. The only exception is where the law requires me to share information, or where there's a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. How I handle your information is explained in the privacy notice.

Responsibility

If something goes wrong because of my error, my responsibility is limited to the fee you paid for that reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, please email me. I'll reply within 14 days and do my best to put it right.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
